Cover Letter
Authors should provide a cover letter that includes the affiliation and contact information for the main corresponding author. Authors should briefly explain the importance of the work submitted and explain why it is considered appropriate for the broad readership of Chemistry2. Authors are asked to provide the names and contact information of potential expert reviewers and they may request the exclusion of certain referees.
Authors should make sure to:
- Address the letter to the relevant Editor
- Include a succinct statement about the importance and/or impact of their work
- Avoid repeating sentences that are already in the abstract or introduction
- Include preferred/non-preferred reviewers
